The following are some tips on troubleshooting video recordings.
Download Your Video
- If you find that your internet connection is unstable and you have trouble uploading your video, you can download your video to your computer by clicking on the Download icon in the lower right of your video screen.
- Once the video is on your desktop, you can check to make sure your video is complete.
- If it is complete, you can upload this video via the Upload Video File button.
Check Your Internet Connection
You will need a steady internet connection to save and post your videos. If your uploads are failing, following may help:
- If you have an option to plug your computer into a wired internet connection instead of wireless.
- If you are on wireless, and have another wifi network available, try switching networks.
