If you record a video and find that the audio is not playing, here are few things to try.
Speaker Is Turned On
- Make sure you have the volume turned up on your computer.
- The video may have audio recorded, but you cannot hear it if the volume is turned down or off.
Microphone is Configured Properly
Ensure that your browser has the microphone configured properly and the Collaborative Coach app is not blocked. For more information see: Configuring Your Cameras and Microphones in Your Browser.
