When you register for Collaborative Coach you are given the option to pay by ECheck, Credit Card, Purchase Order or Discount Code.
- To pay by purchase order you will need to enter the purchase order number on your registration page in the purchase order box. You will later be prompted to upload the purchase order to finish your registration. Select Complete Registration and select the payment method Purchase Order.
- Please note: all Purchase Orders must be received before the date of the event.
- If you have a discount code you will be able to enter it at the bottom of the registration page next to Discount Code
- To pay by credit card or check you will select complete registration and will be given the option to choose your payment method.
- To pay by credit card select Credit Card Online, fill out the form and click submit.
- To pay by E-Check select E-Check, fill out the form and click submit
